HAWAIIAN BARBEQUED SHRIMP |
Allow 1 ½ lbs. of
Shrimp, remove shell from each Shrimp.
- With a small knife make an incision on the back of each
Shrimp.
- De-vein shrimp and wash under cold water.
- Drain excess water and pat dry. Marinate
Shrimp with Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce for 15-20 minutes.
- Place shrimp on a preheated grill 4-5 inches from heat
3-4 minutes on each side, Baste while grilling.
- Serve with steamed vegetables. Serves 4. Enjoy
.

HAWAIIAN BARBEQUED
SPARERIBS
(BEEF OR PORK) |
Allow 2 - 3 lbs. of Spareribs and 1 bottle Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian
Teriyaki Sauce.
- Boil ribs in a pot of water for 30 minutes. Drain
water.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ribs on a baking dish
and brush sauce over ribs.
- Bake 5-10 minutes on each side, turn over
ribs and brush more sauce prior to serving.
- Optional: Serve sauce over rice and
steamed vegetables.

GRILLED STEAKS
& VEGETABLES KABOB |
- Sirloin Steak cut into 11/2" x l" pieces.
- 1 green pepper, cut into 12 pieces.
- 1 bottle Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce
- 12 cherry Tomatoes
- 12 medium fresh mushrooms
- 6, 12 inches metal or bamboo skewers
- 2 medium red onions, each cut into 6 wedge
- In a medium bowl marinade steak pieces with Freddie's Fabulous
Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce for 30 minutes.
- Drain and reserve marinade sauce.
- Assemble kabobs on skewers, alternating steak pieces, mushrooms,
onions, green peppers and cherry
tomatoes.
- Brush kabobs with marinade. On a preheated grill,
place kabobs on grill, turning and basting occasionally
until desired doneness
(8-12 minutes).
- Boil remaining marinade and brush over kabobs before
serving.
- Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.

CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD |
- 1/2 head of romaine lettuce torn
- 3/4-cup Chinese chow mein noodles
- 2 marinated chicken breast grilled, sliced
- 4 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon orange juice
- 6 Tablespoon Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce
- In a large bowl mix lettuce, chicken, and noodles.
- Pour dressing over and toss. Dressing recipe can be
increased if so desired. Serves 4.

STIR FRY TERIYAKI CHICKEN |
(May substitute Beef,
Shrimp or simply just on vegetables)
- Allow 1/2 lb. Beef Sirloin or Chicken breast sliced
- 6 Oz. or 2/3 cup of Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced (1/8-inch)
- 2 stalks broccoli, sliced
- 1/4 lb. Chinese Peas or Snow Peas
- 2 green onion, sliced
- 1/4-Cup Water
- Marinate thinly sliced meat for 15 to 30 minutes in Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian
Teriyaki Sauce and set aside.
- Set electric skillet to 350 or medium heat. Add water and place marinated chicken in the
skillet.
- Stir fry chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat is at desired doneness.
Water will evaporate but the sauce flavor remains.
- Add vegetables, Stir then cover and let steam for 2 minutes.
- For additional flavor... add 2-3 tablespoon of Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce...prior to
serving. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
***For Vegetarian Stir Fry.. just simply add water and let Vegetables steam to a
crisp for about 3-4 minutes and add 3-6 O~ of Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce
and serve,
For Tofu... just simply cut tofu into 1/2 inches cubes or slices, place tofu into the
skillet and pour Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian Teriyaki over the tofu. Stir and let cook for
3-4 minutes on each side and serve.

PORK OR
BEEF ROAST (may substitute Chicken) |
- Roasting Bag and a Twist Tie
- Allow 3 - 4 lbs. of Pork or Beef Roast
- 1 Bottle of Freddie's Fabulous Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce
- Place Pork or Beef Roast in the roasting bag. Pour Freddies
Fabulous Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce all over Roast. Tie roasting bag removing
as much air as possible. let stand and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Pork or Beef Roast in a baking
dish. .Bake 15-20 minutes per pound.
- To brown meat, cut roasting bag open and baste it with the
sauce in the bag for the last remaining 15 minutes of cooking.
- Slice Pork or Beef thinly for sandwiches or slice thick and
serve with Rice, Potato and Steamed vegetables.
- Pour remaining sauce from roasting bag over
meat for additional flavor or simply pour over rice. Enjoyyyyy~!!!!!
